Welcome to WorkπServ, a freelance marketplace powered by the Pi Network ecosystem. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use WorkπServ.
To use WorkπServ you must hold a valid Pi Network account and be old enough to do so in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Sign-in is provided exclusively through the Pi SDK. WorkπServ does not offer any other login method and never requests your 24-word secret passphrase or private keys. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Freelancers ("sellers") may publish service listings. Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, and delivery of the services they offer. Buyers are responsible for reviewing a listing before purchasing. WorkπServ is a marketplace and is not a party to the agreement between buyer and seller.
All payments on WorkπServ are made in Pi through the Pi Network platform. The platform does not accept or process any other currency.
Funds are released to the public wallet address that the seller has provided in their profile. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of that address.
You agree not to use WorkπServ to: offer illegal services or content; commit fraud or impersonate others; infringe intellectual-property or other rights; circumvent the Escrow or fee system; or harass, abuse, or harm other users. Pi must be the only currency used for transactions on the platform.
To keep the marketplace safe, we may hide, restrict, or remove listings or accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, abusive, or harmful. Where appropriate, moderation actions such as hiding a listing are reversible.
WorkπServ is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee the conduct of any user or the outcome of any transaction. Your use of the platform is at your own risk to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WorkπServ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from transactions between users, incorrect wallet addresses provided by users, or interruptions of the Pi Network.
You may stop using WorkπServ at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your country / jurisdiction — to be completed]. Please update this section with the jurisdiction that applies to your business.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
