WorkπServ ("we", "us", "the platform") is a freelance marketplace powered by the Pi Network ecosystem, where members of the Pi community ("Pioneers") can buy and sell services using Pi, protected by an Escrow system. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
All transactions on WorkπServ are conducted in Pi through the Pi Network platform. When a buyer pays for a service, the funds are held in Escrow and released to the freelancer's provided public wallet address only after the buyer confirms delivery. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the public wallet address you enter; funds sent to an incorrect address cannot be recovered by WorkπServ.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the service, including with infrastructure providers that host our database, store uploaded images, and run our servers, and with Pi Network for authentication and payments. Other users can see the information you make public, such as your username, profile, service listings, and the messages you send to them.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us.
Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the email below.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please protect your Pi account and never share your secret passphrase with anyone, including WorkπServ.
WorkπServ is not directed to individuals under the age required to hold a Pi Network account in their jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
